Write to Read is an inspiring example of how writing can support reading development. I enjoyed reading the stories-the content and quality of the video are superb. I'm glad that such a fine model of kid's reading can be affordable.

In my tenure as a school psychologist I have come to realize the importance of making reading and writing an enjoyable experience for both learning disabled and grade level functioning children alike. The Write to Read program enables a child to use their creativity to enhance their confidence in reading and to experience reading wholistically which involves behaving, thinking, writing, reading, drawing, and acting. Furthermore, the Write to Read program utilizes a multi-modal approach to learning, using both visual and auditory input which enhances the learning process in all children. There is no doubt that the Write to Read program is truly a comprehensive approach to mastering the language arts.

As a mother of six children; twins, triplets, and a single, all under the age of fourteen, our family recognizes that reading is essential and is a springboard to all other forms of education. The Write to Read program has become an integral part of our family and provides a road to success.
